Terms of Service – Elite Trading Experts by Torero Lifestyle LLC
(the “Agency”)

1. Preamble
Elite Trading Experts by Torero Lifestyle LLC, registered under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, operates as an international agency and certification body for professional experts in the fields of trading, investment, and financial education. The Agency provides a platform that connects verified experts (“Experts”) with professional partners (“Partners”) for educational and promotional cooperation. These Terms of Service govern all contractual relationships between the Agency, Experts, and Partners.

2. Definitions
“Agency” refers to Elite Trading Experts by Torero Lifestyle LLC, registered in Florida, USA.
“Expert” refers to any individual or entity listed, certified, or promoted by the Agency.
“Partner” refers to any broker, event organiser, financial institution, media outlet, or organisation cooperating with the Agency.
“Services” means all activities performed by the Agency, including mediation, marketing, certification, event organisation, and quality assurance.
“Agreement” refers collectively to these Terms of Service and any supplementary written agreements.

3. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all listings, certifications, and cooperation agreements facilitated by the Agency between Experts and Partners. Any deviating or supplementary conditions shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by the Agency.

4. Services Provided by the Agency
1. Mediation and presentation of Experts through its platform and network.
2. Marketing, communication, and PR activities.
3. Certification and quality assurance processes.
4. Organisation of educational events.
5. Consulting, brand management, and strategic support.
6. Development and distribution of digital or physical materials.
7. Any other services reasonably related to the Agency’s objectives.

The Agency acts solely as an independent intermed0iary and is not a contracting or executing party.

5. Rights and Obligations of Experts
1. Experts must provide accurate and complete information during their application.
2. Experts agree to comply with the Elite Trading Experts Code of Conduct.
3. Experts are responsible for all content they produce and must ensure legal compliance.
4. Experts remain fully responsible for taxes and insurance.
5. Use of Agency branding is only permitted per written guidelines.
6. The Agency may revoke certification in case of misconduct.

6. Use of Services and Content (for Partners)
1. Partners may use Experts and materials only within the agreed scope.
2. Reuse or redistribution requires prior written consent.
3. Partners may not imply Agency endorsement.
4. The Agency reserves the right to terminate misuse.

7. Term and Termination
1. Contract term: twelve (12) months from acceptance.
2. Automatic renewal unless cancelled six (6) weeks before expiry.
3. Immediate termination for misconduct or non-compliance.
4. Financial obligations remain after termination.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
1. All parties treat confidential information as strictly confidential.
2. The Agency processes data under GDPR and Cypriot law.
3. Data transfers to third countries require safeguards.
4. Experts and Partners consent to publication of business-related information for promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
1. The Agency retains all ownership and IP rights to its brand, certification marks, and content.
2. Experts retain copyright in their educational materials.
3. Partners receive limited usage rights strictly for the agreed scope.
4. Unauthorised use of Agency IP may lead to legal action.

10. Liability and Disclaimers
1. The Agency is not liable for the quality or outcome of Expert services.
2. Liability limited to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
3. No liability for consequential or profit loss damages.
4. Nothing excludes liability for personal injury or non-excludable obligations.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
2. Jurisdiction: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
3. English version prevails in translation discrepancies.

12. Miscellaneous
1. Amendments must be in writing.
2. Invalid clauses do not affect validity of remaining terms.
3. These Terms replace prior agreements.
4. Effective from the publication date on the website.
