Evaluation & Certification

Evaluation & Certification Process

How expertise is assessed — clearly, fairly and with responsibility

At Elite Trading Experts, expertise is not assumed, claimed or marketed.
It is examined, contextualized and classified — with care, independence and respect for professional diversity.

The evaluation process exists because the industry needs orientation, not louder opinions.

Who Is Evaluated

Elite Trading Experts works with professionals from very different backgrounds. To ensure fairness, evaluations are conducted within clearly defined categories:

Retail & Mixed Professionals

Experts whose work is primarily public-facing (education, analysis, speaking) or who combine institutional experience with public activity.

Evaluated via: Standardized 5-Pillar Framework.

Institutional Professionals

Experts working entirely within regulated environments such as banks, funds or research institutions.

Evaluated via: Qualitative review based on responsibility, role and regulatory context.

The Five Evaluation Pillars

Reflecting how expertise is practiced — not how it is promoted.

Technical & Professional Expertise

Depth of knowledge, experience and professional accuracy.

Didactics & Communication

The ability to explain complex topics clearly and responsibly.

Ethics & Professional Conduct

Integrity, transparency and awareness of public impact.

Community & Industry Contribution

Engagement beyond personal visibility: mentoring, leadership, education.

Legacy & Structural Impact

Long-term influence and contribution where applicable.

The Role of the Certification Committee

Evaluations are conducted by an independent Certification Committee.

To protect neutrality:

  • multiple evaluators are involved
  • conflicts of interest are disclosed
  • no single individual decides alone
  • commercial relationships are irrelevant

The Committee operates independently from media, events and partnerships.

Reality Check

The evaluation is:

  • independent
  • transparent
  • responsibility-driven

The evaluation is not:

  • a performance audit
  • a popularity contest
  • a marketing filter
  • a promise of visibility or success

Ongoing Responsibility & Review

Circle Levels are not static labels.
They reflect an ongoing commitment to ethical conduct, responsible communication and professional relevance.

Growth is possible. Violations are addressed.
Trust is maintained through consistency.
